Shipping Information

All merchandise is F.O.B. San Diego, California unless otherwise noted.

Display warehouse ships most items via UPS. We only charge the UPS costs of packages.

Large displays, slatwall and "oversize" items must be trucked by freight carriers. We strive to keep our freight charges as low as possible. We have discounts with the various freight companies, which we pass along to you, to save you money.

We don't require you to buy full cases. Since we package items individually, we can not figure UPS charges before you order online. However, simply write "Call Me" in the message box on the order form and we will call you to inform you of freight charges (be sure to include a phone number where we can reach you during business hours). If you have questions regarding shipping please email us, (800) 842-5501. Or email us.

Larger items (showcases, glass, slatwall) are shipped by the most economical freight carrier.  For these items, In addition to freight charges, crating is required, the normal crating charge is $25.00. 

We do not have a minimum order, but you should keep these charges in mind  when ordering small quantities.

To have a salesperson call you with the freight amount, simply check the  "Call Me With Freight Charges" box  on our order form.
